SNGSLC07! haha. had another slc on mon and tues.and my group rocks!whoots! haha. ME, MANDA LAU & DAWN too! were facs of GROUP 4! our grp was high! had 2 head prefects somemore:p our grp simply rocks la! they were damn enthu and smart too! knew so much bout the nazi party and osama's terrorist party. haha. they were damn sporty too! volunteer themselves to ans questions(: we had fun with ice breaker games and running round the sch playing games(: we had helium balloons during grand finale! ahahah. tried sucking the helium and it really changes ur voice. ahaha. sounded like tweety bird or daffy duck! i love grp 4 loads<3>
we also came up with a cheer! it's suuper good(:

Facs Outing!
had facs outing on Sat! woohoo! it was really really great! supposed to meet at HCI clock tower at 8! hahah.but i was late. came at bout 9? those who had arrived earlier were already playing soccer. the girls formed a team + Zhiyi and Jerrold(: Whoots! love the game! and it was amazing how we won the guys' team(: hahaha. and it's not surprising that i was one of the star players in the team, together with dawn and zhiyi(: i scored a goal- a pretty relax one...and did a header! how cool can that get man!
oh and we went ECP after that. for all those who dunno what ECP is..it's EAST COAST PARK(: haha. it was suuuuuper fun! we built sandcastles for the queen.-ainslie, played captain's ball, went to have lunch at subway/mac's, played team bonding games at an empty place and went cycling! hahaha. the girls, jia hong and boon yang shared tandems(: yay! it was damn fun! hahah. had a jolly good time:) oh! we played frisbee too(:
i was begged to sing the "sunshine" remix song for choo jun. haha.coz he said only i had a sweet and high voice(: haha but i was shy...*bloosh**bloosh*.haha. so i sang with the other girls in the end:D

13SLC IS LOVE!
i havent posted for ages:p oh well.
13slc!whoots!days had past since the last day of slc on 02/06/07.i must say that the 4 days of the 13th student leaders convention were the best days of my life!-besides my birthday:D i wasnt pleased to be a head fac at first coz that would mean i wont have a grp!!- which i wanted oh so badly): BUT, but after the slc, i had NO REGRETS being a head fac(: i still had as much fun.i was in charge of P.I(political involvement) and had 5 grps under me. which brought much joy to this slc(: namely: Themis, Lustitia, Matt, Mari and Forsetti((((:
1st day of slc: Ice breakers, Orchard Orientation and Mass Games!
Feeling: HIGH
while teams were playing their ice breakers in their classrooms, head facs were briefed on our duties as game masters for the OO))): right after that, female head facs chiong to go join grps in their ice breakers(: my grps were engaging well in their games EXCEPT MARI. haha. the fac was out to settle the foreign participants. so there were 2 distinct grps-female and male.tsk tsk.they werent interacting much so i decided to play some games to make them more ENTHU AND BONDED! yay! we played "honey do u love me" but it was too stone. so..next! we played "ding, dong" but added "ping and pong" so 4 items were passed around.it was quite funny looking at their "huh?" face.den we changed to WACKO! damn fun! they decided to use their surnames instead(: hahah.so by the end of the day, i knew them by that(:tsk. the surnames were easy except for one-shanmugaratnam.haha. but i mastered it!
EMERGENCY! need for a head fac to take over the place of a fac for half day.i gladly took it((: it was a dream come true la!(: yay! FREYA was a nice grp. shijia u lucky shit!haha. their spirits were damn high. was amazed by their energy level o.0 oh well. guess all the participants were familiar with the whole stretch of orchard by now.
Mass Games! head facs were in charge of the taps-.-haha. but it soon became SELF-SERVICE. Don started attacking us with his water bombs and we decided to take REVENGE! muahahaha. shu fen and i found a bucket and heh heh. we fined each participant 2 plastic bags each for every 5 bags they arrived to the tap point(: and so we went stocking up bombzxzx.the other facs were jealous..so we started F.U! FACS UNITE! went round tricking ppl and bombing them(: i was quite dry until mari charged at me and attacked me with bombzxzx!!!! grahhhhh.but it was damn fun and enjoyable(:
After the 1st day, i swear teams including mari, were MORE BONDED and MORE ENTHU!!!(:
2nd day: Discussion of team's action paper!-INFORMAL, Presentation of action paper-FORMAL
Feeling: HIGH
jon neo did not come...so i took over his duties!and whoots! i have another group-Lustitia(: they were lively! and they gave me a nick-green light(: the discussion of the action paper was damn good. everyone shared ideas and talking was non-stop! great job! we were so close to finish but was stopped to go to the drama centre to present with whatever we had.
The presentation was a FORMAL one. participants were to maintain decorum at all times and clapping is not an order. I had to act real serious. was the scribe and time-keeper. and that akilan keep showing up notes with weird faces..tsk. i tried really hard to be serious(: but still smiled a little.just a tweenie weenie bit!coz i'm really not good at acting dao!:)
Teams had to submit their full action paper by 9pm on vesak day.
3rd day: Consortium meeting B-VERY FORMAL
Feeling: HIGH to an extent
this day is damn formal. came to hci in blazer and blahh..and court shoes that gave me blisters and cuts): hahah. oh well.the best action paper was selected andP.I's was team mari! the rest did a great job too(: anyway. this time, participants have to debate over the action paper and come out with amendments to perfect it.hahah. sarah is the chair! and i'm the scribe(: part1 of the meeting wasnt that smooth): i couldnt type fast!grahhh.forgive me for my tiny fingers(((: more active participation in part2(: though there were quite a number of ppl sleeping... and that akilan was raising cartoon faces again..oh well. i'm becoming better and better in typing-though team mari helped to spot my many mistakes..(: overall, it was a fun experience and sarah! u rock! remained so calm and cool throughout! (:
Stayed back for dance practice after that(:
4th and last day of slc: GRAND FINALE!
Feeling: Mixed.
it is the last day of slc.i didnt want it to come to an end.): i tried to keep my spirits high and enjoy till the last moment. P.I's action paper wasnt chosen for Youth Empowerment:( but according to chern yuen and sarah, we just missed by a mere 3-4 points(: anyway, we had a time slot to prepare our consortium performance. hahaha. we decided to have a skit. an audition for super heroes! i'm one of charlie's angel(: haha.damn embarrassing but..it's for fun!(:it's a one in a life time thing ok!i think we had the best performance(: i was soooper duuper high throughout the grand finale(: jumping around, hopping from place to place.ever cheering and "singing" my lungs out. it was cool(: F.U. were damn hyper too. we put up our facs item and it was superb.except that i was slower than one beat all the time-.-hahah.hmm and i wonder why guys are so serious during dance. ahah.
finally, the EMO part.the OTs starting flashing the past days of slc..))): and the background song! grahhh.make the facs suddenly so quiet and sad..many cried. but i teared): hahaha.was strong!didnt show my emotions la.but see them cry really makes ur heart move:( after saying our last goodbyes to the participants and debrief, facs went to the globe area and cheered our lungs out!(:
i miss 13slc! i miss F.U! i miss the oh so enthu participants! i miss OTs! i miss the Dance Practice which we stayed back till so late and coming back during vesak day to practice! i miss waking up early to be at hci clock tower for briefing! i miss having our Dinner at Mad Jack and Ice cream at Gelato every night! i miss playing mahjong at gelato! i miss Nat's card tricks! i miss the fun we had at Orchard Orientation! i miss those cheering! i miss those cam whoring moments! i just miss all the fun times we had as a group, staying back together to play and have fun!
